CORTIAL HOMONCULUS

Cortial Homonculus is datavisualization of the brain. It maps the brain’s area’s that are responsible for the movement of your body. By linking the amount of space it takes in your brain to the size of theĀ  bodyparts, Wilder Penfield created an image of his brain. It resulted in a disfigured body that represents his brain. Neurologist Wilder Penfield shared his work in 1951, and is used to treat Epilepsy.
